Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and wakar.io (“wakar.io”, “we”, “us”) and govern your access to and use of the wakar.io website and platform (the “Service”). By creating an account, topping up a balance or otherwise using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

wakar.io is an online platform that produces SEO-oriented marketing content for real-estate websites. Based on the settings, page templates and task details you provide, the platform researches the topic, gathers market analytics and search queries, and delivers ready page copy that you can review, export to HTML or DOCX, or share through a public link.

The Service is a digital product. Results are delivered electronically inside your account, normally within minutes of starting a generation. Nothing is shipped physically.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. Accounts registered with false information may be suspended.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us at [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You may use the Service for your own business or on behalf of clients you are authorized to represent.

The Service works on a prepaid balance denominated in US dollars. There is no subscription and no recurring charge: you top up the balance and pay per successfully generated page, with a maximum shown before launch.

• Top-ups. The balance can be topped up by card or by cryptocurrency (USDT / USDC on the TRON, BSC and Ethereum networks) with any amount from $10 to $5,000. Selected packages include a bonus credited on top of the paid amount.
• Payment processing. Card payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store your card details. Additional terms of the payment provider may apply at checkout.
• Pricing. The price of a page is calculated from the tariff shown on our pricing page ($7 covers the first 1,000 words, $0.25 for each started 100 words above that, and each additional language version adds half of the one-language price). The amount displayed before launch is the maximum charge. After successful delivery, the price is recalculated from generated words in the English version (or the primary version when English is not generated). Static template text is excluded. The final charge may be lower but can never exceed the displayed maximum.
• Charging. When you start a generation the price is reserved from your balance. The final amount becomes a charge only after the page is generated successfully. Any difference between the reserved maximum and the final charge is returned to your balance automatically.
• Taxes. Prices may be shown exclusive of taxes; where required, taxes are handled by the payment provider at checkout.

• Failed generations. If a generation fails for any reason, the full reserved amount is automatically returned to your balance. You never pay for a page you did not receive.
• Successful generations. A successfully delivered page is a digital product that has been fully rendered to you, so the charge for it is not refundable.
• Unused balance. You may request a refund of an unused topped-up amount within 14 days of the top-up by writing to [email protected] from the email of your account. Bonus credits are excluded from refunds, and fees charged by the payment provider or network may be deducted. Card refunds go to the original payment method; crypto refunds go to the originating wallet.
• Balance validity. Prepaid funds do not expire while your account is active.

• Your content. You keep all rights to the materials you provide (project details, page templates, uploaded documents). You grant us the right to process them solely to provide the Service.
• Generated pages. Upon successful payment for a generation, you receive full rights to use the generated content for any lawful purpose, including publishing, editing and commercial use.
• Our platform. The Service itself, including its software, design and know-how, remains our property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to it beyond normal use.
• Your responsibility. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it and for how you use it, including compliance with advertising and consumer-protection rules that apply to your business.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, misleading or fraudulent content, or content that infringes third-party rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts or underlying systems;
• resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties as your own service without our consent;
• overload the Service with automated requests or interfere with its normal operation;
• use the Service to create content promoting violence, hatred or discrimination.

We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

The Service relies on third-party providers, including payment processors, hosting and data providers. Their availability is outside our control, and their own terms apply to the parts of the flow they operate (for example, card checkout).

The Service is provided “as is”. While the platform verifies figures against the data available to it and edits the copy for quality, we do not warrant that generated content is error-free, and we do not guarantee any particular search-engine ranking, traffic or commercial result. Market figures reflect the sources available at generation time and may become outdated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. If we terminate your account without a breach on your side, we will refund the unused prepaid balance under the rules of Section 5.

We continuously improve the Service and may change or discontinue features. We may also update these Terms; the current version is always available on this page with its effective date. Material changes will be announced inside the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
